At Shink Forge, we are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping for all our customers across the United States, thanks to our US-based warehouse. Below is our complete shipping policy to help you understand delivery timelines, costs, and other important details.

1.1 Shipping Eligibility

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). We do not offer international shipping at this time.
All orders must be shipped to a valid residential or commercial address. PO boxes are accepted, but delivery may take an additional 1-2 business days.

1.2 Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

- Standard Shipping (USPS/FedEx/UPS): $5.99 for orders under $79.
- Free Standard Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders of $79 or more (after discounts, before taxes).
- Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee (calculated at checkout). Expedited orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day, with delivery in 2-3 business days.

1.3 Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays). Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
- Standard Shipping Delivery: 3-5 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping Delivery: 2-3 business days after processing.
Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers (USPS/FedEx/UPS) and may be delayed due to weather, carrier delays, or high order volume. We are not responsible for carrier-related delays.

1.4 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order status by clicking the tracking link in the email or by visiting the "Track Order" page on our website.

1.5 Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 business days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
If your package is lost in transit (tracking shows no delivery update for 7+ business days), we will either send a replacement order or issue a full refund, at your discretion.

1.6 Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot change the shipping address after an order has been processed. If the address is incorrect and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.

Shink Forge stands behind the quality of our products. We offer a 30-day easy return policy for all items purchased from our website, ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Below is our detailed returns and refunds policy.

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in its original condition: unused, unsharpened, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
  • Customized items (if applicable) are not eligible for returns, unless they are defective.
  • You must be 18 years or older to initiate a return (in compliance with our age restriction policy).

2.2 How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact our customer service team at [your email address] with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging, include the RA number inside the package, and attach the return shipping label to the outside.
  4. Ship the package back to us using the provided label. Please keep the tracking number for your reference.

2.3 Return Shipping Costs

- If the return is due to a defective product, wrong item, or our error: Shink Forge will cover the return shipping cost, and we will provide a prepaid return label.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, size preference, or any other non-defective reason: You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if a prepaid label is provided) or you may ship the item at your own expense.

2.4 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (usually within 3-5 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing time for refunds: 5-7 business days (depending on your bank or credit card issuer). You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
- Note: Shipping costs (for the original order) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

2.5 Defective Products & Warranty

If you receive a defective product (e.g., manufacturing defect, broken handle, dull blade out of the box), please contact us immediately. We will replace the defective item free of charge or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
Shink Forge offers a 1-year limited warranty on all products against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, improper use, or damage caused by sharpening are not covered under the warranty.

2.6 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:
  • Items that have been used, sharpened, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items without the original packaging, tags, or accessories.
  • Customized items (unless defective).
  • Tactical pens or multi-tools that have been opened or used.
